Holidays are the perfect time to test out a few delicious treats. Below we have 3 sweet and refreshing popsicle recipes for everyone in the family!

Red, White, & Blue Popsicles

Let’s start with a delicious patriotic popsicle that both kids and adults will enjoy. You can always swap out the Greek yogurt for a dairy-free alternative.

  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks
  • 6 oz thinly sliced strawberries
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 2 cups white Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ¼ cup honey


  1. Place the yogurt into a mixing bowl and stir or whip in the honey.
  2. Once the honey is evenly distributed, stir in the strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Pour into your popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
  5. Enjoy!

Frozen Coffee Popsicles

This one is for the coffee lovers and it can be personalized a variety of ways!

  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks
  • 3 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Optional to personalize—2 ounces of coffee beans or dark chocolate pieces, or 4 ounces of chopped cherries, or 3 tablespoons of Irish Cream. You can also use a flavored half-and-half to personalize your popsicle.


  1. Mix your hot coffee, half-and-half and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Stir in your optional add-in or leave as. Don’t worry they will still be delicious without an add-in!
  3. Pour into your popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Enjoy!

Layered Bailey’s Or Kahlúa Coffee Popsicles

This is for coffee lover’s who are looking for a sweet treat with a bit of liquor!

  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks
  • 2 cups heavy cream (half-and-half works too)
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 cups chilled coffee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2-3 T Kahlúa or Bailey’s Irish Cream


  1. To create the top cream layer, stir together 1 cup heavy cream and 1/4 cup sugar. Add the vanilla bean to the mixture and let it infuse in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Remove the vanilla bean then pour the mixture evenly between your 10 popsicle molds, about 1/3 of the way up.
  3. To create the middle coffee layer, stir the chilled coffee in with 1 cup of sugar until the sugar melts.
  4. Pour a thin layer, no more than half an inch, of coffee on top of the cream layer.
  5. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for 2 to 4 hours.
  6. In the meantime, stir the remaining cream plus the Kahlúa or Bailey’s Irish Cream into the remaining coffee mixture and let infuse in the fridge while the coffee layer freezes.
  7. After the coffee layer sets, pour the remaining mixture to the bottom third of the popsicles and freeze for another 2 to 4 hours.
  8. Enjoy!
